The Association for Supply Chain Management (www.ASCM.org)  is a global professional society and a world-renowned leader in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management education.

ASCM (formerly APICS) developed the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification to help individuals learn world-class supply chain management principles and develop their supply chain leadership skills.  Becoming CSCP certified also demonstrates a strong background in supply chain management to current and future employers, clients, customers, and colleagues.

CSCP is the supply chain certification most respected by employers worldwide.  Corporations increasingly list “APICS CSCP required” in their job postings.  Also, recent salary surveys showed that CSCP-certified professionals earn significantly more than their peers.

CSCP is comprised of eight modules that are covered in one course, and the certification can be obtained by passing one exam.   You do not need a college degree to become CSCP certified.

Class Dates, Pricing and Location:

Our CSCP courses include 48 hours of instruction.  Besides the standard course materials from APICS, we also cover additional content that can be on the CSCP exam.   Our students have an extremely high pass rate on the CSCP exam.   All classes are taught by an APICS Master Instructor with decades of practical experience, and who spends extra time (beyond class time) helping his students learn the material.  Review classes are held at the end of each course, which are particularly helpful for students that missed any of the classes. 

These interactive online classes with live instruction are offered on weekday evenings, weekday daytime and weekends.

  2. Credit cards accepted but will incur a 3% processing fee (but no sales tax).
    • Payment by check recommended (avoids the credit card processing fee and sales tax)
    • To pay by credit card:
      • Email filled-out registration form to education@ascmAkron.org
      • Include note with email requesting to pay by credit card, and amount to be charged.
      • Wait for reply to email (usually within 24 hours), then click link to pay PayPal invoice by credit card.
      • You do not need a PayPal account, as the invoice can be paid with any credit or debit card.
      • After the PayPal invoice is paid, a receipt will be automatically sent.
